ADAMSON STREET, BRIGHTON

A large-scale façade project spanning over 2000sqm, defined by precision detailing and a strong emphasis on recessed rebate features contrasting against the roughcast render. Wallcraft was engaged to deliver a seamless façade across multiple substrates, with all rebates formed on-site using render— creating sharp, consistent shadow lines that define the architectural expression of the building.

Scope of Works

The project involved the installation of 75mm Hebel high-rise system, Dincel and concrete wall substrates, requiring careful coordination to maintain alignment across varying surfaces while preserving the integrity of the rebate detailing.

A curated palette of premium finishes was applied to enhance both contrast and depth. Rockcote acrylic smooth render was used to achieve refined, uniform surfaces, complemented by Santini roughcast textures to introduce variation and character. Soffits were finished in Rockcote Cerano, delivering a clean concrete-effect that integrates seamlessly with the overall façade.

Built to last

While the rebate detailing defines the visual identity of the project, equal attention was given to long-term performance. Each system was carefully executed to ensure durability, with finishes selected to withstand Melbourne’s conditions while maintaining crisp lines and consistent appearance over time.

This project showcases Wallcraft’s ability to deliver highly detailed façade work, where precision execution meets true craftsmanship — a standard that defines every project we deliver.
