Cluden Street

A bold and geometric design defined this dual-residence build, demanding absolute precision in execution. Wallcraft was engaged to deliver a crisp, uniform render across all facades, highlighting the sharp lines and angled fins that punctuate the architectural form. Achieving a flawless white finish on such a large-scale, high-exposure site required technical expertise and careful planning, particularly around solar shading features and recessed window elements. The result is a clean, modern elevation with commanding street presence.

Built to last

While the structure speaks to bold modernism, the finishes are quietly resilient. Each surface was rendered to endure Melbourne’s weather extremes, with clean lines that will hold sharpness over time. External courtyards and balconies were detailed for high durability, integrating smooth transitions between internal and external finishes. This project showcases Wallcraft’s ability to meet architectural ambition with technical precision, creating surfaces that perform as well as they present.
